Here is our menu for the week! We went to the Green City Farmers Market yesterday, and used the ingredients we got there to guide our plan.
The lambs quarters are essentially a weed, but were marketed as wild spinach. I am looking forward to cooking them!

There's my menu for the week. I'm going to make chocolate covered strawberries (I've made those a million times) and cheesecake stuffed strawberries for the BBQ Saturday. The other items I've made before. I hope it isn't too hot.

I like the grilled lamb spareribs.I will include the lamb for our weekly meal.

I'm a week late, but your menu for last week looks delicious, especially the grilled lamb. I've never managed to get my lamb quite right - it's always on the grill or in the broiler for a minute or two too long.
